Item Conditions
Protect Product Safety and Quality
Some maternity, nursing, feeding, hygiene, baby-care, monitoring, and safety products require stricter return conditions because they may contact the body, food, milk, skin, or a child’s sleep and travel environment.
Sealed hygiene productsItems with a hygiene or tamper seal generally must remain sealed unless defective or another remedy is required by law.
Feeding and pumping productsOpened breast-pump parts, bottle nipples, milk-storage products, and similar items may have safety restrictions.
Apparel and textilesClothing, supports, bedding, and textiles should remain unworn, unwashed, unstained, and free from odors or damage.
Electronic and safety productsMonitoring, babyproofing, travel, and sleep products should include manuals, hardware, chargers, and safety components.
A restriction does not remove remedies for a verified defect, shipping damage, incorrect product, or rights provided by applicable law.
